What you will do

• Define and evolve measurement strategies for ad placements, pricing models, and inventory optimization on the Elevate platform.
• Lead incrementality, lift testing, and experimentation frameworks to support advertiser reporting and internal decision-making.
• Develop KPI frameworks that connect advertising performance to advertiser outcomes and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with Ad Product, Ad Tech, Sales, and Data Engineering to align monetization with advertiser trust.
• Translate marketplace and ad performance data into actionable insights for product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies.
• Mentor data scientists and implement AI-enabled workflows to increase efficiency and rigor.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data science, marketing science, or advertising analytics.
• Deep expertise in A/B experimentation, lift testing, and on-site advertising measurement.
• Strong knowledge of causal inference, marketing attribution methods, and marketing mix modeling.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python or R for analyzing large-scale behavioral and clickstream datasets.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.
