What you will do

• Drive adoption of data-based recommendations to maximize value to hirify.global consumers.
• Serve as thought-partner to product, engineering, and leadership, shaping roadmaps through actionable insights and deep-dive analyses.
• Participate in all product development phases: ideation, analysis, experimentation, metrics design, and post-launch monitoring.
• Ensure data quality for experiments, ETLs, reporting dashboards, and ML model development.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in quantitative field: statistics, mathematics, physics, economics, or operations research.
• 10+ years industry experience (Masters) or 6+ years (PhD).
• 2+ years people management leading 5+ data scientists with expertise in causal inference, A/B testing, metrics, and product strategy.
• Experience driving product strategy through analytics for consumer tech products.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python/R for hands-on analysis.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
