Salary: $170,000 - $178,000 USD

What you will do

• Define and track key metrics and develop experiments to inform strategic decisions.
• Advance the experimentation platform using A/B testing frameworks and causal inference techniques.
• Build ML-based models and analytical frameworks to support product and business initiatives.
• Develop tools, datasets, and systems that improve data efficiency and rigor across the organization.
• Own complex data projects end-to-end, from prioritization to solution delivery.
• Drive data quality, accessibility, and democratization across the company.

Requirements

• PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
• Strong foundation in statistical methods, experimentation, and machine learning.
• Fluency in SQL and proficiency in Python or R.
• Exposure to distributed data systems such as Snowflake.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Publications or research experience in experimentation or applied ML.
• Experience with LLM analytics and measuring the impact of AI-powered features.
• Industry internship experience applying data science to product or business problems.
