What you will do

• Build and own end-to-end pricing systems from experimentation to production that shape revenue and unit economics.
• Lead high-impact pricing experiments using advanced methods to uncover drivers of conversion, retention, and profitability.
• Act as expert in pricing and demand modeling, influencing strategy across Product, Risk, Finance, and Marketing.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives from idea to launch, partnering with engineering for scalable solutions.
• Turn complex analyses into clear insights for leadership decisions.
• Mentor teammates and raise standards in experimentation, modeling, and technical rigor.

Requirements

• 6+ years in data science, pricing, or quantitative modeling (or advanced degree with relevant experience).
• Strong fluency in Python/R and SQL.
• Experience building and shipping pricing or demand models with real business impact, owning problems end-to-end.
• Deep expertise in pricing optimization, elasticity, econometrics, causal inference, and experimentation.
• Thrive in cross-functional environments, influencing partners and translating complex work into actionable insights.
• Enjoy mentoring and raising team standards in modeling, experimentation, and decision-making.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, lending, or financial services with ownership of pricing models.
• Familiarity with financial metrics, risk-adjusted returns, and capital markets.
• Experience with cloud platforms and modern data tools (AWS, DBT, Airflow, Looker).
• Exposure to LLMs or NLP in pricing or financial use cases.
