What you will do

• Build and mentor a high-performing team of data scientists focused on the Marketing & Business Development domain.
• Develop and deploy causal decision frameworks and Predictive LTV models to quantify the true incremental lift of marketing spend.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing leaders to shape hirify.global's roadmap by providing actionable data-driven insights.
• Oversee the establishment of measurement frameworks and experimental designs to evaluate Brand Initiatives and ROI.
• Ensure data quality by overseeing ETLs, reporting dashboards, and data aggregations for business tracking and ML model development.
• Lead initiatives to enable analytics self-serve capabilities for cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of people management experience leading teams of up to 10 data scientists.
• Proven expertise in causal inference, A/B testing, metric definition, and product strategy for consumer technology products.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python/R for hands-on analysis.
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude) to improve team productivity and code quality.
• Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
