What you will do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of Enterprise and Mid-Market customers, acting as a strategic partner.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across L&D, HR, Internal Communications, and IT teams.
- Drive onboarding, adoption, engagement, and long-term value realisation.
- Lead strategic business reviews focused on outcomes, ROI, and expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to progress expansion opportunities and with Product teams to act as the voice of the customer.
- Utilize customer data and platform insights to proactively reduce risk and drive adoption.
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or commercial post-sales roles within B2B SaaS.
- Proven experience owning retention, renewals, or expansion targets.
- Ability to manage Enterprise or strategic customer relationships and build credibility with senior stakeholders.
- Strong commercial acumen, analytical capability, and experience interpreting usage data.
- Excellent discovery, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- English: C1+ (Excellent written and spoken)
Nice to have
- Experience working with Enterprise L&D, HR, Internal Communications, or Enablement teams.
- Experience with AI-enabled, transformation, or communication-focused platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM/CS tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Gainsight.
