What you will do
- Build and execute a world-class outbound sales motion targeting Enterprise customers.
- Utilize data and market signals to prioritize and personalize outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand business challenges and deliver customized product demos.
- Qualify prospects and manage pipeline generation tactics and strategic approaches.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to achieve revenue targets and influence product launches.
- Develop sales playbooks and define the customer success motion for the region.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in sales or sales development within SaaS or high-growth environments.
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas and experience making cold calls to decision-makers.
- Strong cognitive empathy and the ability to craft compelling stories tailored to customer needs.
- Must be based in Sydney, Australia for a hybrid work arrangement.
- Curiosity and willingness to adopt AI tools to optimize workflow.
