What you will do

• Provide L3A+ escalation support for NPI EBEAM products, acting as the technical owner for Stage and Column-related issues.
• Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for complex hardware failures.
• Optimize image quality, stability, and performance for multi-beam and single-beam EBEAM platforms.
• Lead L3/L4 escalation meetings, coordinating between local service teams and global PSO/Division engineering.
• Utilize SAGE(AI) for advanced system analysis and issue resolution.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in semiconductor equipment hardware troubleshooting.
• Deep understanding of EBEAM principles and system architecture.
• Proven ability to independently manage high-complexity technical escalation cases.
• Willingness to provide on-site fab support in Kaohsiung, Taiwan.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting NPI or ramp-up programs.
• Hands-on expertise in column tuning and image quality optimization.
• Familiarity with charging, stability, or advanced metrology challenges.
