What you will do

• Execute regular and irregular maintenance activities on lithography systems with significant independence.
• Analyze technical problems, gather diagnostic data, and implement effective solutions independently or via escalation.
• Perform hardware repairs, replace parts, and optimize system settings to ensure operational success.
• Coordinate schedules and technical activities between customers and multiple levels of support (1st to 3rd line).
• Train customers in equipment use and routine maintenance, recommending improvements to user procedures.
• Provide coaching and support to less experienced engineers on their initial technical tasks.

Requirements

• BSc or Master's degree in Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Professional experience in the technical industry.
• Proficiency in computer applications for data analysis, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of product functionality regarding main modules and sub-modules.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology as defined in the US Export Administration Regulations.
