What you will do

• Re-design, create and test sub-systems for PAS5500 and XT1-2-3 within system specifications, costs and planning.
• Manage development projects like EOL components, redesign of PCAs and supplier transfers, collaborating with internal/external stakeholders.
• Define requirements, review designs, integrate and qualify functional performance on part and sub-system levels.
• Lead electronic aspects of repairs, refurbishment and troubleshooting for quick fixes and structural solutions.
• Ensure electrical development quality from architecture to component level (PCBAs, cables, sensors, racks, cabinets).
• Support manufacturing, customer support and suppliers; introduce engineering changes and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor/Master in Engineering with >5 years experience in technical areas and project management.
• Experience in PCBA, rack and cabinet design, electro-mechanical engineering and integration in multidisciplinary environments.
• Knowledge of digital/analog mixed-signal circuit design, integration, testing and troubleshooting.
• Generalist able to dive into unknown problems and work in multidisciplinary teams.
• Good English and Mandarin proficiency.
• CAD tools (Autocad, Siemens NX, DxDesigner, Teamcenter) and SAP/Oracle preferred.
