Location: Taichung, Taiwan (Note: First year training assignment in Kaohsiung is required after onboarding).

What you will do

• Execute regular and irregular maintenance, installation, and repair of hirify.global systems at customer sites independently.
• Analyze technical problems by gathering diagnostic information and executing initial solutions.
• Document and package technical data for escalation to 2nd line support.
• Train customers on equipment use and routine maintenance, recommending procedure changes when necessary.
• Manage daily operations focused on KPI targets, safety (6S), and security protocols.
• Identify process gaps and signal improvement opportunities to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• MSc or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant technical field.
• Professional experience in the technical industry; semiconductor industry experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including data analysis tools and spreadsheet software.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology as defined by US Export Administration Regulations.
• Agreement to complete a mandatory one-year on-the-job training assignment in Kaohsiung before returning to the primary location in Taichung.
