Module Engineer

TL;DR

Module Engineer: Assembling and testing qualified modules and submodules into a complete system, including optical fabrication processes with an accent on problem resolution related to a specific module. Focus on contributing to the solution of faults and taking the necessary initiatives and practical decisions to ensure zero repeat.

Location: Onsite in Tainan, Taiwan

What you will do

• Contribute to the solution of faults and take necessary initiatives to ensure zero repeat.
• Manage New Product Introduction by applying knowledge in product or process development projects.
• Collect and evaluate data and contribute to or produce partial designs.
• Maintain and validate up-to-date procedures, processes, and blueprints for Factory execution.
• Analyze the production process, point out structural problems, and suggest improvements.
• Coach operators and educate less experienced colleagues on content of work.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical domain (e.g., mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, physics) with solid experience in a technical production or equivalent working level.
• Or Master's degree in a technical domain with experience in a technical domain.
