Business Development Executive (Azure Data & AI)

What you will do

• Drive sales of Microsoft Data & AI solutions, including Azure Synapse Analytics, Power BI, Azure Data Factory, Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI Services, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Develop and execute territory and account plans aligned with customer priorities.
• Lead customer conversations regarding data modernization, analytics strategy, and AI adoption.
• Collaborate with Microsoft account teams, solution architects, and partners to co-sell and deliver value.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and RFP responses to closing and contract negotiation.
• Stay current on evolving Microsoft Data & AI offerings and industry trends.

Requirements

• 5+ years success in enterprise technology sales, preferably in cloud, data, or AI domains.
• Experience with data architecture, AI strategy, and/or analytics transformation.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft’s cloud ecosystem.

• Experience working with Microsoft field teams or partner ecosystem.
