TL;DR

Regional Director For Fuels & Natural Resources (Sales) (Energy): Leading client and commercial growth for professional services across APAC within the F&NR segment with an accent on business capture and strategic account management. Focus on developing C-Suite relationships, winning complex B2B projects, and driving revenue across energy, mining, and environment sectors.

Location: Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days remote) in Kuala Lumpur, Makati, South Jakarta, Bangkok, or Metro Manila

What you will do

  • Develop deep relationships with C-Suite executives in Oil & Gas, Mining, Metals, and Agriculture sectors at regional and local levels.
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage a portfolio of services-based projects from inception to delivery.
  • Collaborate with regional Proposal and Project teams and Client Account Managers to meet revenue and margin goals.
  • Execute strategic plans and align with NextGen Strategy to ensure business growth and competitive edge in APAC.
  • Negotiate complex contracts and oversee the execution of new business objectives with client executives.
  • Manage budgets, including Gross Margin (PGM) and revenue, while mitigating risks for contracts.

Requirements

  • 10-15 years of experience within the EPC industry.
  • 5-10 years of experience in sales or project execution (minimum 7 years relevant experience).
  • Proven history of successful pursuits with complex buying processes and multiple decision-makers.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related technical discipline.
  • Established working relationships and access to C-Suite clients in the APAC region.
  • Experience with B2B sales and working knowledge of Salesforce.
