Business Development Representative (Logistics): Driving revenue growth through field sales and outlet expansion for Ninja Mart with an accent on B2B client acquisition and wholesaler recruitment. Focus on managing daily outlet visits, achieving monthly sales targets, and expanding market presence in assigned territories.

Location: On-site in Johor, Malaysia

Salary: RM 2,200 - RM 3,001 a month

What you will do

Conduct daily field sales visits to at least 20 outlets in assigned areas.
Identify and recruit new wholesalers to expand the business network.
Achieve monthly sales targets and penetrate new approved areas and states.
Explain Trade Marketing programs and mechanics to potential and existing clients.
Ensure all outstanding balances at outlets are collected before the due date.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in B2B sales or outdoor field sales.
Must possess own transportation (car or motorcycle).
Must be based in Johor, Malaysia.
