What you will do

• Design various high-frequency switching transformers, including Fly back, Forward, Push pull, Half bridge, and Full bridge topologies.
• Ensure all designs meet transformer safety standards such as IEC-61558-1, UL 612368-1, and IEC-60664-1.
• Execute new product development procedures including APQP, QFD, DFMEA, PFMEA, CP, and SOP.
• Develop technical engineering drawings using AutoCAD, CAXA, and other 3D drawing programs.
• Integrate IATF16949 requirements into the design process, specifically for automotive applications.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of professional experience in high-frequency switching transformer design.
• Proficiency in 3D software and AutoCAD for creating detailed engineering drawings.
• Strong fundamental knowledge of electromagnetics, mechanical, and electrical engineering.
• Good command of the English language.
• Familiarity with IATF16949 requirements and automotive transformer design experience.
