Salary: $112,710 – $169,060

What you will do

• Develop product requirements, select electronic components, and manage schematic/layout development.
• Lead development teams and coordinate with system teams, plant locations, and suppliers.
• Execute development plans and ensure compliance with NPI and APQP process elements.
• Plan and coordinate product testing and verification activities.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting to resolve complex development and field issues.
• Manage supplier evaluations and production readiness reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Strong technical leadership and project management skills.
• Proven experience in electronics engineering, including circuit design, testing, and manufacturing.
• Ability to perform complex assignments and solve technical problems.
• Effective communication skills for technical updates and cross-functional collaboration.
• Must be able to work onsite in Mossville, Illinois.
