What you will do

• Conduct 70+ outbound calls and SMS daily to educate members on clinical programs and screenings.
• Utilize data and technology to identify member needs and resolve benefit-related inquiries.
• Schedule medical appointments to ensure continuity of care for members.
• Consistently meet or exceed productivity goals and successful call outcome rates.
• Build rapport and trust with members through empathy and patient communication.
• Support multiple programs during peak business seasons through cross-training.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a high-volume customer-serving role with a proven track record of building trust.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Experience in a healthcare setting is highly preferred.
• High EQ with a knack for de-escalation and tailoring tone to member needs.
• Proficiency in digital platforms and internal systems to drive efficient service.
• Professional fluency in both English and Spanish is required for bilingual candidates.

Nice to have

• Contact or Call Center experience.
• Health insurance experience, specifically with Medicare Advantage.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare benefits.
