Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 USD

What you will do
- Develop relationships with patients as primary point of contact, onboard them, validate insurance and IDs within SLAs.
- Schedule appointments, follow-ups, and assist with navigation outside the virtual clinic.
- Maintain patient records, communicate proactively with patients, providers, and team.
- Handle multi-channel support (phone, chat, SMS, email), monitor provider schedules, troubleshoot technical issues.
- Initiate outreach for missed appointments and act as liaison between patients and clinical operations.
Requirements
- 1+ years in Healthcare or Hospitality experience.
- Team player in small environment, empathetic, trustworthy, passionate about patient care.
- Organized, flexible, tech-savvy with ability to troubleshoot and communicate via phone, chat, SMS, email.
- Experience with Epic, Salesforce, G-Suite, Jira, Slack.
- High school diploma (associate's/bachelor's in healthcare preferred).
