What you will do

• Manage daily operations of the healthcare concierge team, including coaching and productivity monitoring.
• Coordinate drug and occupational health programs to ensure exceptional client service.
• Onboard and integrate new team members, providing training on work processes and SOPs.
• Track and manage team performance against KPIs and quality standards.
• Refine procedures and protocols to enhance operational efficiency.
• Handle escalated concerns and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in supervising and motivating teams to achieve performance goals.
• Familiarity with healthcare services and understanding of client needs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and navigating complex software applications.
• Must be based in and authorized to work in the United States.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
