(ASH) provides managed services to enhance the experience and coordination of clinical, virtual, and fitness-related programs.
What you will do
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professional courtesy and professionalism.
- Verify program eligibility and provide accurate information to members using approved resources.
- Coordinate and schedule recurring appointments, managing licensure requirements and time zones.
- Provide technical support and guide participants through pre-visit requirements and online access.
- Determine member cost shares and facilitate the collection of necessary payments.
- Maintain confidential and thorough records in compliance with legal and organizational privacy standards.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED certificate.
- 1 year of experience in Call Center or Customer Service operations, preferably in healthcare.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Ability to learn and utilize multiple internal and external platforms and tools.
- Must be based in the United States with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 down/10 up Mbps).
Nice to have
- 3 years of general office experience, including administrative support and project management.
