What you will do

• Lead 1- and 3-year strategic planning, translating company goals into measurable commercial targets and resource models.
• Design and manage the business operating cadence, including forecast reviews and GTM coordination.
• Own the KPI and dashboard framework to provide leadership with visibility into performance and actionable insights.
• Optimize headcount and OPEX in collaboration with Finance and HR to improve resource deployment.
• Oversee the end-to-end program and project management portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
• Drive operational alignment across Finance, Analytics, Sales Ops, Product, and HR teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in business operations, strategic finance, corporate strategy, or management consulting.
• Proven experience partnering with and influencing C-suite and VP/SVP-level executives.
• Deep expertise in building and running operating cadences such as MBRs and OKRs for scaled business units.
• Demonstrated success in bridging the gap between technical teams (Engineering, Product) and commercial teams.
• Strong financial and analytical acumen to distill complex data sets into executive-level insights.
• Must be based in or able to work from Mountain View, California.
