Location: Hybrid (Downers Grove, IL or Atlanta, GA). Must spend at least four full days per week working in an hirify.global office.

Salary: $180,000 – $250,000 annually

What you will do

• Translate global ETF strategy into executable operating plans across various regions and functions.
• Lead a high-performing global ETF operating organization with a focus on clear accountability and resource planning.
• Ensure operational and primary market readiness for product launches, conversions, and regional expansions.
• Continuously evolve the global ETF operating model to standardize processes and clarify decision rights.
• Align ETF business priorities with enterprise architecture to ensure platform support and regulatory compliance.
• Own the ETF execution risk and control framework, including the creation of incident response playbooks.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in technical and leadership roles within ETFs, asset management, or regulated financial services.
• Proven track record of leading global strategy execution and commercial growth.
• Experience partnering closely with Technology and Enterprise Architecture teams.
• Deep understanding of ETF operating lifecycles, global regulatory structures, and market dynamics.
• Strong ability to influence complex, matrixed organizations without relying on direct authority.
• College degree required; MBA and/or CFA/CIMA preferred.
