What you will do

  • Own end-to-end program management for the hirify.global® Score Open Access Program, handling strategy, execution, and growth as the primary point of contact.
  • Drive program adoption through client outreach, presentations, awareness campaigns, industry events, and ongoing support.
  • Manage at least one direct report, providing mentorship, development, and guidance for team success.
  • Deliver presentations to clients and prospects, collaborating with Client Success, Sales, Marketing, Data Science, and other teams.
  • Develop strategies to engage clients, ensure satisfaction, and provide meaningful reporting.
  • Cultivate trusted relationships with client stakeholders and identify opportunities to improve program materials and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Substantial knowledge of the banking and financial ecosystem with relevant professional experience; hirify.global product knowledge is a plus.
  • Significant experience in client-facing roles for consumer advocacy or empowerment programs in banking or financial services, including program/project management, client support, or strategy consulting.
  • Proven track record of building stakeholder relationships across Sales, Client Success, Legal, Marketing, and Executive Leadership.
  • Ability to interpret client needs, develop solutions, and engage in pre- and post-sales settings.
  • Experience managing direct reports, leading through influence, and fostering high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, organizational skills, proactive approach, and ability to manage multiple priorities in cross-functional environments.
