TL;DR

Strategic Program Manager (Marketing): Driving innovation and growth by facilitating strategic planning and operational excellence with an accent on CMO partnership and cross-functional alignment. Location: Based out of the San Francisco office; in-person onboarding is required.

Salary: $169,000 - $296,000 USD

hirify.global is a collaborative design platform that empowers teams to brainstorm, prototype, and translate designs into code in real time.

What you will do

  • Partner with the CMO to translate company goals into measurable marketing strategies and actionable plans.
  • Define north star metrics and establish reporting structures in collaboration with finance and data science.
  • Manage end-to-end planning cycles, including annual reviews, quarterly re-planning, and budget/headcount management.
  • Coordinate with sales and product teams to ensure alignment on priorities and clear communication.
  • Synthesize quantitative and qualitative data into actionable business recommendations and insights.
  • Drive the implementation of the team-wide AI transformation strategy and identify new use cases.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing strategy, business operations, or consulting within high-growth tech or SaaS.
  • Proven ability to lead multiple complex workstreams independently from ambiguity through execution.
  • Strong executive presence and experience influencing senior stakeholders and facilitating high-level meetings.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for crafting executive-level narratives.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in spreadsheets; SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • Must be based in the San Francisco office.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting C-suite or VP-level leaders in GTM or revenue organizations.
  • Background in Product-Led Growth (PLG) or B2B SaaS, especially in high-growth or public companies.
  • Prior experience and proficiency in using hirify.global and FigJam.
