What you will do

• Monitor and analyze company process and quality metrics against objective parameters.
• Optimize manufacturability, cost, and quality of components and final products.
• Perform PFMEA and implement new programs to identify and mitigate risks.
• Develop and document manufacturing and assembly quality procedures.
• Conduct internal and external corrective actions and perform internal audits.
• Provide technical expertise in Six Sigma, SPC, and problem-solving techniques to the production team.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering or a related discipline.
• 2+ years of related experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of switchgear systems and standards (UL 891, UL 1558, IEEE C37).
• Solid background in Six Sigma methodology (Green Belt minimum).
• Experience with ISO 9001 QMS, UL, and CSA systems.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and Microsoft Office applications.

Nice to have

• Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Experience with electrical connectors, harnesses, and related testing equipment.
