What you will do

• Lead QA initiatives, define strategies, and establish test methodologies to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Organize and execute internal process and product audits, driving countermeasures for continuous improvement.
• Manage supplier quality, including FAI validation and collaborating with Supply Chain to qualify or exit risky suppliers.
• Coordinate the resolution of quality problems, customer call-backs, and reclamations using 8D reporting.
• Support new product development through quality plan maintenance, qualification test matrices, and serial releases (PPAP).
• Supervise Quality Technicians, managing their performance and professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in a Technical or Engineering discipline.
• 6+ years of relevant Quality Engineering experience.
• Must be a U.S. Person (Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident) due to ITAR regulations.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Lean Manufacturing experience.
• Ability to travel via all forms of transportation.
