IT Project Manager

Location: US SC Anderson; office and manufacturing setting with occasional travel for project meetings

What you will do

• Plan, execute, monitor, control, and close IT and enterprise-level projects using structured project management methodologies.
• Develop project plans, milestones, dependency maps, communications plans, budgets, forecasts, and risk and issue management strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams, sponsors, stakeholders, vendors, contracts, RFPs, and resource requirements.
• Lead organizational change management using structured methodologies such as ADKAR, including readiness assessments, training, communications, and adoption activities.
• Measure change success and adoption through quantitative assessments and stakeholder feedback.
• Improve project and change management processes, tools, knowledge, and organizational capability with IT leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in technology, engineering, or a related field; an advanced business degree is preferred.
• 5–10 years of project management experience in an IT environment and 2–3 years of organizational change management experience.
• At least 3 years of experience leading cross-functional areas or organizational projects.
• Experience with large-scale applications such as SAP, GE Proficy, or AI platforms, plus working knowledge of software development, infrastructure, networks, or cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies, project planning and scheduling, security and compliance, stakeholder management, and financial management.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, decision-making, leadership, and customer service skills; ability to manage multiple priorities with limited resources.

Nice to have

• Experience in a multi-plant manufacturing environment.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Change management professional certification.
