Senior Project Manager (Healthcare IT)

Location: US - National; predominantly remote. Travel of up to 50% may be required.

What you will do

• Lead large, complex IT infrastructure and hospital construction projects through all lifecycle phases.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, finances, forecasts, dependencies, risks, issues, and escalations.
• Coordinate Facilities, construction, IT, operational stakeholders, project sponsors, senior leadership, and third-party vendors.
• Support site readiness, infrastructure coordination, construction impacts, and stakeholder communications.
• Develop project plans, document objectives and deliverables, define resources, and provide status reporting.
• Lead geographically dispersed teams remotely and remove roadblocks to achieve project objectives.

Requirements

• Seven or more years of experience in healthcare construction and infrastructure project management, healthcare programs, healthcare IT, or related initiatives.
• Experience with healthcare, construction, clinical systems, infrastructure, operational transformation, managed services, consulting, or technology projects.
• Experience managing both waterfall and agile methodologies across full project lifecycles.
• Strong skills in requirements interpretation, project governance, risk management, documentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Project, Teams, and SharePoint; familiarity with ServiceNow SPM, Jira, or similar tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
