What you will do

• Monitor, review, and assess daily patient vital readings (BP, HR, SpO2) and perform prompt wellness checks for abnormal values.
• Report critical findings to patient care teams via phone or fax.
• Support and drive patient adherence and engagement within vitals monitoring programs.
• Complete all necessary clinical documentation and billing claims for patient encounters.
• Collaborate with clinical teams and the technology department to optimize the digital patient experience.
• Partner with founders to enhance and innovate the digital care delivery model.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology or equivalent (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 1+ years of relevant clinical experience in an in-person Cardiopulmonary Rehab Facility.
• Strong foundational knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
• Above average proficiency with mobile technology, wearables, and tablets.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• ACSM certification.
• Spanish language proficiency.
• Experience working in clinical studies.
• Previous remote work experience.
