What you will do

• Manage and oversee the collection of outstanding invoices, ensuring timely resolution per company policies.
• Respond to customer inquiries to resolve billing issues and facilitate collections.
• Analyze and report on aging accounts, disputes, and collection trends to support financial decisions.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency and success rates.
• Prepare and evaluate collection performance metrics and goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to align collection efforts and optimize financial processes.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a Collections & Billing role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with excellent negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (preferred).
• Must be located in the EST time zone.
