Location: Remote (United States). Must be based in the US, excluding Delaware, Nevada, Ohio, Oregon, Hawaii, New Mexico, and West Virginia.
Salary: $107,000 – $145,000 annual base salary.

What you will do
- Build and maintain recurring revenue models (ARR, MRR, churn, expansion) to forecast growth and monitor performance.
- Conduct in-depth variance, cohort, and trend analyses across different segments and product lines.
- Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor revenue outcomes in partnership with cross-functional teams.
- Create scenario models and "what-if" analyses to assess pricing, packaging, and geographic expansion.
- Provide monthly and quarterly revenue reporting and actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
- Evaluate product monetization strategies, including feature-add pricing or usage-based billing, with the Product team.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or revenue operations, preferably in a high-growth SaaS business.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables).
- Deep understanding of SaaS metrics such as ARR, churn, expansion, LTV, and CAC payback.
- Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, and BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
- MBA, CFA, or CPA certifications.
- Investment banking experience.
