What you will do

• Execute customer and supplier AR workstreams, including invoicing accuracy, cash application, and collections follow-up.
• Monitor invoice data for anomalies and drive resolutions across hirify.globalering, Client Ops, and BPO teams.
• Act as the operational voice for AR in Product and hirify.globalering conversations to validate billing logic changes.
• Support month-end close activities, including AR reconciliations, aging review, and bad debt preparation.
• QA BPO agent workflows to identify recurring errors and escalate training or process gaps.
• Assist in automation initiatives by mapping manual steps and validating post-implementation outputs.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of AR, billing operations, or accounting experience in high-volume, transaction-heavy environments.
• Hands-on experience with billing disputes, reconciliations, and collections execution.
• Ability to identify root causes and drive issues to resolution independently.
• Experience collaborating with hirify.globalering or Product teams on payment flows and system fixes.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with spreadsheets and data tools.
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce.
• Comfort interfacing directly with customers and suppliers on complex billing matters.
