What you will do

• Monitor new and upcoming regulatory activities and assess their impact on organizational policies, procedures, and controls.
• Manage the compliance regulatory change management program, ensuring documentation in the change management platform.
• Conduct risk assessments, document emerging risks, and perform UAT and validation testing.
• Prepare and present detailed compliance reports to executive and senior management teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external audits and examinations.
• Provide guidance and training to employees regarding regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience within a financial institution.
• Minimum 3 years of risk management or compliance experience.
• Working knowledge of federal and state mortgage lending regulations (e.g., Dodd-Frank, RESPA, TILA, ECOA, HMDA).
• Understanding of mortgage lending operations, including processing, underwriting, and closing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

• Experience with Encompass and Mavent.
• Proficiency with JIRA.
• Fees compliance experience.
