Salary: $95,000 - $115,000

What you will do
- Own end-to-end lifecycle strategy and execution across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, churn, retention, and win-back.
- Lead CRM/ESP strategy, vendor management, and potential migrations to ensure scalable and future-ready platforms.
- Build automated, behaviorally-driven lifecycle journeys across email, SMS, and emerging channels.
- Integrate AI into workflows for churn prediction, dynamic content personalization, and generative copy testing.
- Design and execute experimentation frameworks to drive measurable gains in retention and LTV.
- Collaborate with Product, Editorial, Membership, and Events to embed lifecycle thinking across the business.
Requirements
- 6–10+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, retention, and/or growth marketing.
- Deep proficiency in ESPs and marketing automation platforms like Sailthru, Braze, or Iterable.
- Experience with visualization tools (Sigma, Looker, Tableau, GA4) and working with data science teams.
- Proven track record of leading martech migrations and utilizing CDPs (e.g., Segment).
- Familiarity with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience in media, subscription, or DTC environments.
- Experience embedding AI into lifecycle workflows, such as propensity scoring and content recommendations.
