What you will do
- Co-develop email and lifecycle marketing strategies with cross-functional teams to align messaging across channels.
- Build and deploy automated, trigger-based journeys for top and middle funnel lifecycle stages.
- Own key lifecycle growth targets and deliver measurable impact on core metrics.
- Execute segmentation, dynamic content, and personalization using platforms like Inflection.io.
- Design and optimize A/B and multivariate experiments to improve open and conversion rates.
- Track and report KPIs, partnering with analytics and GTM Ops to develop dashboards and actionable insights.
Requirements
- 4+ years of email or lifecycle marketing experience in B2B SaaS or similar environments.
- Deep expertise with marketing automation platforms (Inflection.io, Marketo, HubSpot, Braze, or Customer.io).
- Proven track record of scaling personalized lifecycle programs that drive measurable outcomes.
- Strong skills in segmentation, testing, and analytics.
- Solid understanding of email compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template editing.
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and customer data platforms.
