What you will do

• Provide technical support and subject matter expertise to regional sales teams and customers.
• Design and propose optimal technical solutions to improve client business processes and success.
• Conduct in-person and web-delivered product demonstrations and training across the hirify.global portfolio.
• Collaborate with GTM teams to identify and progress new business opportunities within accounts.
• Gather market intelligence and maintain accurate client data within the CRM.
• Monitor customer satisfaction levels and facilitate product upgrades and new releases.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in production or exploration.
• Tertiary qualification in geology, hydrogeology, earth sciences, engineering, or a closely-related discipline.
• Fundamental understanding of geostatistical analysis and mineral resources reporting codes (GKZ, JORC, or NI-43-101).
• Demonstrable ability to lead technical aspects of prospect engagements and present to C-level audiences.
• Strong relationship-building abilities and capacity to communicate across different cultures.
• Location: Must be based in Ankara, Türkiye

Nice to have

• Experience using Leapfrog and Edge software.
• Experience with commercial software in GIS, geospatial, 3D modelling, or data management.
• Operational experience in mine operations, exploration, or consulting.
• Experience in mineral resource estimation.
