What you will do

• Design and execute pre/post-release comparisons of key attributes (patient counts, claim volumes) to ensure analytical soundness.
• Investigate data anomalies and bug reports using Snowflake, tracing issues from signal to root cause.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and Architects to verify fixes and drive resolution of quality issues.
• Assemble weekly release recommendation packages, including execution summaries and test coverage audits.
• Surface and document subtle data patterns and edge cases missed by automated testing.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in data quality or analytics engineering, specifically within healthcare or life sciences.
• Strong SQL proficiency for large-scale analysis (joins, window functions) with Snowflake preferred.
• Proven ability to work with claims data (medical, pharmacy, enrollment).
• Experience designing structured QA processes, including defining tolerances and escalation criteria.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to leverage AI tools (Gemini, Claude, Cursor) to enhance productivity.
