Data & Analytics Consultant (AI)

hirify.global is a services company partnering with healthcare and life sciences organizations on AI, automation, data transformation, and commercially tested solutions for government entities.

What you will do

• Gather, clean, transform, and structure raw data from databases, APIs, spreadsheets, and other sources.
• Perform data wrangling to maintain data quality and consistency.
• Analyze datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
• Create basic data visualizations using Power BI, Qlik, and other leading tools.
• Help develop, test, and refine data models and reporting applications for predictive analytics and business intelligence.
• Create and maintain efficient data pipelines, workflows, and technical project documentation.

Requirements

• BA or BS degree.
• 2–3 years of experience working in data and analytics.
• Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.
• Experience with at least one data visualization platform, such as Qlik, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong presentation and storytelling abilities.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving expertise.

Nice to have

• Experience in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or healthcare.
• Experience with Oracle Cerner.
• Experience with data ingestion, transformation, or wrangling.
• Awareness of statistical analysis and predictive modeling capabilities.
