What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex analytical projects to solve ambiguous operational problems.
• Analyze operational performance, including throughput, SLAs, cost, and quality, to identify optimization opportunities.
• Develop and refine KPI frameworks to ensure consistent performance measurement.
• Design and evaluate A/B tests and pilots to inform operational and product decisions.
• Build scenario analyses and lightweight models to support planning and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Supply Chain, Quality, and Operations Finance to influence business strategy.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data science.
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Advanced SQL proficiency and experience using Python or R for analysis.
• Strong foundation in statistical analysis, forecasting, and operational analytics.
• Proven ability to independently execute complex analyses and deliver measurable business impact.
• Must be based in the US to be eligible for the stated compensation range.

Nice to have

• Experience in fulfillment, supply chain, logistics, or healthcare operations.
• Familiarity with Google BigQuery, dbt, and Looker.
• Advanced degree in a quantitative field.
• Experience using AI-assisted analytics tools, LLMs, or copilots to scale insights.
