What you will do

• Design and create complex data visualization dashboards to communicate insights effectively using Qlik, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Develop and test data workflows to transform, clean, and structure data for consumption using Talend.
• Perform in-depth data analysis and apply AI/ML concepts to drive innovation for clients.
• Develop business cases, strategic recommendations, and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex business challenges.
• Support client engagement from initial discovery through final recommendation and implementation.

Requirements

• BA/BS Degree.
• 3+ years of experience in the data and analytics space.
• Advanced proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.
• Expert-level skills in Talend and data visualization platforms (Qlik, Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong statistical analysis and predictive modeling capabilities.
• Must be authorized to work in the US

Nice to have

• Experience working with healthcare clients and electronic health records (EHR).
• Familiarity with healthcare regulatory environments such as HIPAA and ACA.
• Experience in data privacy and security protocols.
