What you will do

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with pharmaceutical companies at local and regional levels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, follow up on leads, and present business proposals.
  • Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and report on opportunities using CRM with metrics and KPIs.
  • Work with Chief Business Officer and Business Excellence Team on market trends, strategic planning, and service development.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and forums; monitor regulations and provide guidance.
  • Engage with hospitals, healthcare providers, distributors, and other stakeholders to align with company mission.

Requirements

  • Based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia with flexibility for frequent travel and varying working hours, including occasional evenings/weekends.
  • Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience working with pharmaceutical services companies (consulting, quality assurance, marketing, patient support, regulatory affairs).
  • Proven track record in business development, achieving targets, and extensive network in pharmaceutical industry and healthcare.
  • Deep understanding of pharmaceutical regulations, compliance, and market dynamics.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; excellent English presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation, strategic thinking, relationship building, problem-solving, results orientation, adaptability, and business acumen.

  • Experience in patient support programs or market access.
