HR Business Partner (Employee Relations)

Cape Canaveral, FL. This is not a remote or hybrid position and will require relocation if not already local. Position requires ability to pass Air Force background checks. ITAR REQUIREMENTS: Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful permanent resident (green card holder), Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.

What you will do

• Respond to employee inquiries, complaints, and provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and core HR functions.
• Partner with employees, managers, and leaders on workforce analytics, organizational optimization, and leadership development.
• Collaborate with HR experts in recruiting, training, compensation, and benefits to optimize programs for client groups.
• Counsel employees and managers on company policies and relevant laws/regulations.
• Facilitate internal transfers, promotions, exit interviews, and identify trends for retention and career development.
• Assist with creating, documenting, and implementing HR policies, programs, and processes while maintaining confidentiality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years of human resources experience.
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends when needed.
• Must meet ITAR requirements: U.S. citizen/national, permanent resident, refugee, asylee, or eligible for U.S. Department of State authorizations.

Nice to have

• Experience in engineering, production, or manufacturing environments supporting exempt and hourly workforce.
• Experience independently handling employee relations issues.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse, UltiPro, and/or Workday.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
