What you will do

  • Conduct deep-dive analyses of web and behavioral data across the e-commerce funnel, including traffic, engagement, and conversion.
  • Own analytics for core engagement features, defining success metrics and surfacing insights for the product roadmap.
  • Partner with PMs to design, launch, and measure A/B and multivariate tests with statistical rigor.
  • Translate member behavior into narratives and visualizations to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to monitor KPIs and identify trends in e-commerce and app.
  • Surface data quality issues and advocate for clean data instrumentation and experimentation practices.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of analytics experience, ideally in tech, digital product, or e-commerce.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in quantitative field (Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science).
  • Fluency in SQL and comfort with Python or R for data exploration and analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Segment, Google Analytics).
  • Experience with visualization tools (Looker, Tableau).
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing, statistical significance, and experiment evaluation.
