What you will do

• Create forecasting algorithms driving Sales & Operations Planning process.
• Build reliable, efficient, scalable models for AI/ML capabilities.
• Develop robust data pipelines to feed analyses and models.
• Analyze and evaluate model impact in production systems.
• Drive forecasting science roadmap with cross-functional partners.
• Leverage AI tools like Claude Code and Copilot to accelerate development.
• Mentor Data Scientists and improve team practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s +8 years, Master’s +5 years, or PhD +3 years in Data Science/Data Engineering
• Deep expertise in time series forecasting (ARIMA, Prophet, exponential smoothing, LSTMs, Transformer-based models)
• Experience developing forecasting systems in supply chain/S&OP/demand planning
• End-to-end ML/data science projects from conception to production
• Strong Python/SQL for production applications; MLOps and model deployment
• Collaboration with Operations, Product, Engineering teams
• Authorized to work in US (no sponsorship)
