Salary: $140,000 - $170,000

What you will do

• Lead the design and deployment of ML and graph algorithms for international entity resolution and anomaly detection across country-specific datasets.
• Architect reusable matching and linking frameworks for diverse international ID schemes and local naming/address conventions.
• Evolve the international extension of the identity graph, including schema design, linkage strategies, and confidence scoring.
• Develop data quality and monitoring frameworks to handle regional bias, drift, and label quality in international identity data.
• Own experimentation strategies, including offline evaluations and online A/B tests, balancing approval rates and fraud capture per market.
• Lead the evaluation and integration of international data vendors, quantifying ROI and signal quality to influence product decisions.

Requirements

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, ML, Statistics, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of applied ML/DS experience (4+ with Ph.D.) in high-stakes domains like fraud, risk, or payments.
• Expert proficiency in Python, SQL, and distributed data processing (Spark/PySpark).
• Deep expertise with graph technologies (Neo4j, AWS Neptune, GraphFrames) and graph algorithms at scale.
• Must be based in the US; sponsorship is not available.
• Experience with international or multi-region products is strongly preferred.
