What you will do

• Manage a team of SDRs, setting expectations and driving accountability to meet pipeline targets.
• Coach BDRs through call reviews, continuous feedback, and skills development to elevate performance.
• Oversee hiring and onboarding processes to ensure new hires ramp effectively.
• Uphold top-of-funnel processes, including lead qualification standards and CRM hygiene.
• Partner with Marketing and Sales leadership to align on ICP focus and campaign execution.
• Monitor team KPIs and provide actionable insights to improve overall performance.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in a BDR/SDR role, with at least 1 year in a lead or senior capacity.
• Proven track record of exceeding pipeline goals through outbound efforts.
• Experience in B2B SaaS; cybersecurity or IT security experience is a significant plus.
• Proficiency with modern prospecting tools: Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesforce.
• Flexibility to travel for team offsites, QBRs, and industry events.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
