Program Planner III (Program Planning & Controls): Develop and maintain integrated master schedules for New Glenn heavy-lift launch vehicle programs with an accent on resource loading, baseline change control, and performance tracking. Focus on conducting critical path analysis, what-if scenario planning, schedule risk assessments, and status reviews to drive milestone achievement and program decisions.

Location: Space Coast, FL (onsite). Must be U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee per Export Control Regulations.

What you will do

• Lead creation and maintenance of Integrated Master Schedule, integrating subordinate schedules and resource loading.
• Analyze and optimize schedules to meet milestones, perform critical path and variance analysis.
• Conduct regular status reviews, gather inputs from stakeholders, provide forecasts and metrics to leadership.
• Perform what-if scenario planning and schedule risk assessments with mitigation recommendations.
• Support PP&C maturation through procedure improvements, mentoring planners, and promoting schedule utilization.
• Maintain integrated cost and schedule plans with Program Cost Analysts for budgeting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or Engineering.
• 5+ years in program scheduling/planning and controls.
• Experience with integrated master schedules and resource loading using Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar.
• Experience in ambiguous environments, establishing new programs, and replans.
• Attention to detail, understanding of scheduling best practices.
• Demonstrated mentoring success, strong MS Excel/PowerPoint/Visio skills, strong communication.
• U.S. work authorization: citizen, national, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Nice to have

• Expert in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Aerospace R&D and manufacturing experience.
• Integrating IMS with ERP, EVM contracts, government audits.
• Proposal support, AI Language Models and Agents.
• MBA or PMP certification.
