What you will do

• Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule aligned to contractual scope and Work Breakdown Structure.
• Establish full logic ties across hardware, software, procurement, and CDRL milestones.
• Incorporate production build plans, integration events, and quality assurance gates.
• Map SAFe Agile Epics, Features, and Program Increments to contractual deliverables.
• Conduct critical path analysis and perform DCMA 14-point schedule health assessments.
• Interface directly with government scheduling counterparts to support program reviews.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required
• Active Secret clearance
• 10+ years of experience supporting large DoD or Federal programs.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project.
• Demonstrated experience managing Integrated Master Schedules in complex hybrid environments.
• Strong understanding of critical path methodology and schedule risk analysis.

Nice to have

• Prior experience supporting US Navy programs.
• Experience on programs valued at $100M annually or greater.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
