What you will do

• Hire and develop a high-performing team of infrastructure engineers, fostering growth and accountability.
• Own the end-to-end infrastructure substrate, including landing zones, network topology, and DNS.
• Drive multi-tenant deployment architecture and runtime abstractions to hide complexity from product teams.
• Establish IaC conventions and Terraform modules to enable safe, self-service provisioning.
• Collaborate closely with DevEx and SecOps to align networking, patching, and deployment workflows.
• Advise enterprise customers and sales teams on architecture, resilience models, and data residency.

Requirements

• 8+ years in infrastructure, cloud, or platform engineering.
• 3+ years of experience leading teams, preferably within a SaaS or platform company at scale.
• Hands-on expertise with cloud-native infrastructure (Azure, AWS, or GCP), Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Strong conviction regarding infrastructure-as-a-product and self-service primitives.
• Experience with compliance-adjacent concerns like data residency and network segmentation.
• Location: Must be based in Berlin
